We follow natural principles of companion planting and planting according to moon phases. All garden crops are regularly nourished with vermicompost tea. Our goal is to increase the level of phyto nutrients and antioxidants. We don’t cut corners in our attempt to grow the highest quality produce possible. Our practices are benefiting the environment and promote bio diversity.
One of our commitments is to provide vegetables that are not commonly found in stores. By diversifying our crops, we hope to provide combinations of vegetables throughout the year which allow for tropical gourmet meals.
Our watering source is pure spring water that we test on a regular basis.
Since we do not want to be part of any violent cycle in this world, all our food is grown with love, and we promote foods and that are non-violently obtained. In order for our gardens to be sustainable, we are also working on stetting up our own seed bank.
Although we aim for the highest growing standards, we want to keep our produce as affordable as only possible. Our offers are part of our mission to set ecologically and ethically sound examples. We are not driven by profits but by setting up a role model project and providing truly healthy foods. We consider consciously grown food as a most natural and tasty medicine that elevates body and mind. Since our operation is small, we will only be taking on a limited number of clients.
Organic fruits, grown in a pure environment, are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Practically every single fruit has medicinal properties, in addition to being tasty and refreshing.
As we are only in our third year of cultivating Spring Water Gardens, our fruit assortment is still quite limited. We are adding new fruit species each year in order to increase the diversity significantly. The required maintenance work is immense, and in order protect the soil, we don’t use large machinery in order to clear and cultivate land. Our progress is therefore slow but ecologically responsible.
Starting in 2026, these fruits will be available seasonally
